Terms of service for GlobalBestMarket

 

Service offered on GlobalBestMarket is called gig
Only registered users may buy and sell on GlobalBestMarket. Registration is free.
The gig offered on GlobalBestMarket starts from $5 to any amount of your choice.

Buyers pay GlobalBestMarket for orders in advance. we deduct 20% on every sale from the sellers earnings.
GlobalBestMarket only pay sellers when order is completed and work is delivered.
Sellers may withdraw their revenues using paypal account. If an order is cancelled (for any reason), the payment funds will be returned to the buyer’s GlobalBestMarket account. Sellers can only sell services on GlobalBestMarket not product. Seller’s account will be suspended if the seller have more than 20 negative feedback and more than 30 cancelled orders within 6 months period, if seller’s account is suspended for this reason, the seller will be required to pay $10 re-activation fee.

Handling Orders:
When a buyer orders a Gig, the seller is notified by email. Sellers are required to meet the delivery time they specified when creating their gigs. Failing to do so will allow the buyer to cancel the order and may harm the seller’s rating. Both buyers and sellers have the option to cancel an order by mutual agreement. Mutual cancellations have no negative effect on rating.

Unanswered cancellation requests will automatically be accepted after 72 hours . Seller may cancel an order without the buyer’s consent at any given moment (Force Cancellation).
GlobalBestMarket reserve the right to suspend, cancel or permanantly remove any seller or buyer who try to share any form of contact information like email address, phone number, home address, website or indirect way trying to do any form promotion on GlobalBestMarket . If your account is suspended under this violation, you will be required to pay $10 re-activation fee. Exception violation, buyers are only allow to share contact information or provide any required information on workflow, only if your contact information is mandatory in delivering of your order. after sell, all communications between buyers and sellers must be through the workflow system

Posting or sending adult, illegal, rude, abusive, improper, copyright protected, promotional, spam is strictly prohibited. Avoid such behavior, otherwise your account will be permanently blocked and irrevokable.

Work Delivery and Communications:
You are responsible for scanning all transferred files for viruses and malware.
Sellers must deliver completed files and/or proof of work using the workflow. Responding and posting a review: Once work is delivered, the buyer has 3 days to release funds to seller and post a review. If buyer did not release funds within 3 days, admin will be force to release the funds to seller. buyer have 3 days to make complain to seller and request for refund if buyer is not satisfact with seller’s work.

Withdrawing Revenues:
In order to be able to withdraw funds, you must have account with paypal and submit your paypal account during withdrawing.
We pay our sellers every 3 days via Paypal after buyer has release funds. GlobalBestMarket does not issue any form of refund after 3 days, this means that you have 3 days window period to request for a refund or cancel your order from the day your order is delivered. you can withdraw your earnings when you reach a threshold of $20.
Gigs may be purchased using PayPal, user credit and other payment method in all countries.
Once payment is confirmed, your order will be created.
If you have a positive balance of $5 or more in your credit balance, you will need choose pay with credit option and your balance will automatically be used.

You are not allowed to offer sellers to pay, or make payment using any other method other than through the GlobalBestMarket . You may not pay other users directly using their PayPal account. In case you have been asked to use an alternative payment method, please report it immediately by contacting us. you must not contact seller or buyer direct, all communications are done on GlobalBestMarket Site.
Avoid filing a dispute or reversing a payment through PayPal, or your bank. Doing so will result in suspending of your account and will require re-activation fee. In case of a problem, always try and work things out with your seller. If you need further assistance, contact us via submit ticket only. All dispute issues will be resolved within 3-5 business day.

Avoid account suspension:
Violation of GlobalBestMarket Terms of Service may get your account blocked permanently.
Sellers will be able to withdraw their revenues from blocked accounts after a safety period of 120 days, depending on the reason, from the day of the last cleared payment received in their account. after 120 days you will no longer eligible for withdrawing.
Disputes
We encourage our buyers and sellers to try and settle conflicts amongst themselves. If for any reason this fails, users can contact us support ticket only, Ensure to put dispute in the subject/title line and select dispute department.

GlobalBestMarket does not refund payments made for cancelled orders back to PayPal or other payment method. Funds from order refunds are returned to the buyer’s GlobalBestMarket account as credit and are available for future purchases only on GlobalBestMarket.

Sellers further confirm that whatever information they receive from the buyer, which is not public domain, shall not be used for any purpose whatsoever other than for the delivery of the work to the buyer.
By offering a service, the seller undertakes that he/she has sufficient permissions, rights and/or licenses to provide, sell or resell the service that they offer on GlobalBestMarket .

Any change made to this terms of service at anytime will be posted on this page with no notice to you.
