My friend did not receive her email verification?« Back to Questions List

Hello, My friend just registered on your site but can't login into her account because she was not able to verify her email address because she did not receive the email verification email. when she try to contact you your customer service regarding that she was ask to login to be able to create ticket. that is why i'm asking this question on her behave, how can my friend contact you guys without having to login to her account since the email verification is stopping her from log into her buyer's account? I need an urgent respond to this question. Thanks

Tell your friend to check her inbox and spam folder for the email verification email, if after checking her both inbox and spam folder and still did not receive the email verification, she may contact us on chat. she do not need to have an account or verify her email to contact us on chat. our support ticket is only for our fully members who completely verified their email address while our chat system is for both visitors and our members to reach out to us without having to login.
